Associate Director of Marketing, Automotive Service Group

Job Description Summary

The Associate Director of Marketing, Automotive Service Group, CCC Information, will be responsible for building product adoption, product/service use and satisfaction amongst US repair facilities through strategic marketing initiatives. A leader in providing technology to the collision repair industry, CCC Information is seeking an experienced B2B marketing leader to advance client engagement by leveraging traditional and digital marketing efforts to drive adoption and build relationships with our growing network of clients. Experience using Salesforce and Pardot are essential skills for the role as the Associate Director will be responsible for building hyper-targeted campaigns, segmenting audience to drive results. The leader will be responsible for product messaging, new product roll outs, measurement, as well as ongoing engagement efforts and creative across multiple channels: pr, social, events, email, digital, print. Qualified candidates will have previous leadership experience. Experience in the automotive or technology industries is preferred.

Job Duties

  • Spearhead the development of revenue-generating marketing initiatives
  • Lead the strategy behind marketing initiatives to achieve annual business objectives
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals to drive product adoption and client retention
  • Collaborate with marketing creative/events teams, legal and business teams to achieve objectives
  • Work with agencies to develop and execute campaigns
  • Cultivate the use of Salesforce/Pardot to expand targeted engagement; build relationship with operations/technology team to support ongoing development
  • Develop customer mapping and profiling and associated messaging frameworks
  • Measure, analyze, and report the impact and results of marketing programs to stakeholders
  • Understand and apply knowledge based on competitors, corporate mission, solutions and capabilities
  • Help position CCC as a leader in the tech space through the deployment and management of marketing initiatives. Develop and foster a cross-functional partnership with Sales, Product Management, Technology/Operations and Strategy teams. Establishing clear communication and alignment with these internal groups will be critical to success


  • 10+ years of marketing experience
  • 2+ years in a senior B2B marketing role
  • BS/BA in marketing, business or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of campaign development and management across marketing channels
  • Extensive experience with marketing automation tools, such as Pardot
  • Ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to analyze results and adjust programs to capitalize on findings
  • Previous background or experience in the Automotive industry is preferred
