Job Description Summary

The Market Education Specialist is responsible for the delivery of Casualty products, soft skills and business skill training for ISG audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience training to large and small audiences in live and virtual environments as well as the technical acumen/creativity to create unique and digestible materials.

Job Duties

  • Responsible for the delivery of the Insurance Services Group (ISG) Education strategy across the Casualty market 

  • Create and maintain training collateral and materials 

  • Maintain internal training environments and prepare environments with new products/features 

  • Analyze learning trends and iterate and improve educational strategies 

  • Serve as the Casualty product subject matter expert to support internal audiences (legacy and new products) 

  • Identify and deliver on opportunities for market improvement – product or skill-based 

  • Responsible for maintenance and growth of ISG NXT program and all associated learning resources 

  • Collaborate across the organization on best-practices around organization and customer readiness & adoption to effectively deliver obsessive internal customer experiences 

  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communications to ensure consistent project milestones are met 

  • Coordination with all other CCC business initiative owners to ensure one global project plan & resource alignment that includes pre-Implementation, integration work & post implementation plans 

  • Escalation of project issues, risks and roadblocks; with ability to create mitigation and action 

  • Offer strategic solution concepts to support ISG and customer project goals 

  • Design innovative solutions to project challenges 

  • Design, build and manage key project artifacts like communication, project, risk/issues and status report plans 

  • Serve as a change advocate for ISG customer success/service and user adoption 

  • There are no other positions reporting to this role 

Qualifications

 

  • 4-year degree required 

  • Knowledge of the Insurance Industry required , specifically a background in casualty

  • Strong analytical problem-solving capabilities required 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required 

  • Strong attention to detail 

  • 3+years professional experience preferred 

  • 2+years in training delivery or similar role 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills required 

  • Experience with public speaking (in person/virtual) 

  • Experience managing simultaneous projects 

  • Experience with design – both tools and concepts 

  • Experience utilizing analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI preferred

  • Software implementation experience preferred 

  • Consulting experience preferred
